LISS was formed only a year ago and yet, after having released just two singles, the young pack was named one of Denmark’s most promising new bands. And not without reason. LISS’ fan base counts Pharrell Williams, who fell in love with their funky tracks and granted them air time on his radio show OTHERtone. Soaring on wings of international recognition LISS had a baptism of fire performing at the award show P3 Guld last year and recently debuted as headliner at a jam packed Jazz House in Copenhagen. With a sound that combines indie, soul-pop and electronica their latest single ‘Sorry’ is a promising warm up to the release of their debut EP out this May. The Trailerpark audience can look forward to the soulful and slightly nasal voice of lead singer Søren Holm that leads the band when Björk meets motown and funk.
